Purpose: Designing a model of balanced strategic management in the National Archives of Iran.
Methodology: the research methodology in terms of purpose, was applied; based on the type of data, was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and exploratory, and in terms of the nature of the research, was descriptive- solidarity. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 15 scientific and experimental elites (experts) in the field of management who were selected based on the saturation law in the quantitative section, the sample size was 320 individuals selected through stratified random cluster sampling. The Designing model of balanced strategic management in the National Archives of Iran was extracted and classified using a network of basic organizing and encompassing themes from literature and interviews, so coded using MaxQda2018 software. To analyze the data and T-test, structural equation modeling (Verifiable Factor Analysis) and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS-v21, Smart Pls-v2, and Lisrel-v8 software were used and for designing the model, the Theory model was used.
Conclusions: Based on the results of qualitative data analysis 68 indicators, 18 components, and 5 main results for a balanced strategic management approach, in other words, Business system re-creation, Innovation, Knowledge Management, Leadership, and interactive Culture were identified. The balanced strategic management in the National Archives of Iran has an Interaction cycle, the most important result of innovation as the first priority.
