It is certain that professional Code of Ethics is a collection of Standards which special group establishes them due to governed professional behaviors. These criteria must be agreed by all or a group of persons of that profession. Criteria become rules after assigning professional aims being agreed with collection. Sanctions of them are acceptation and professional commitment of persons to those principles.
