Twenty - fifth of August 1941, that was coincided with Russ- England agression to Iran cause to Reza shah’s resignation and other changes in different parts of government. One of these parts was Newspapers that were one of the essential ways of stating people’s hidden requests. In these two decades, Newspapers closed and abolished. They show that how appeard in political, social, cultural and economic field again and except some of them, the others begin their descriptive message. Tabriz newspapers prepared a Place for showing organizations and political parties, conflict, written debates with themselves and other newspapers.The author tries to introduce the newspapers of these years (utill December 1945) and states the newspapers that issued in a year of Democrat party’sgovernment in Azerbaijan. On the spur of the matter that is the youths it emphasis on the party's consideration to youths by introducing javanlar (the youths) Newspaper in this year.
