Newspapers published in constitutional period played important role in transferring information and political events from the begining of the constitutional movement until the issuance of the constitutional decree.Some newspapers have been published twice a time with two different contents.Sobhe Sadeq no.48 which was a morning news paper is an example for this unusual publishing. This paper describes how this event happened in that political period.
