چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین میزان استفادۀ خبرنگاران شاغل در مؤسسۀ کیهان از آرشیو تحریریه و بررسی نقاط ضعف و قوت این آرشیو در ارائۀ خدمات به خبرنگاران است. روش پژوهش حاضر، پیمایشی - توصیفی است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش، 76 نفر از خبرنگاران شاغل در قسمت‌های مختلف مؤسسۀ مطبوعاتی کیهان، واقع در شهر تهران است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها، از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و Excel استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بیش‌ترین استفاده از بخش پرونده‌های موضوعی خبر، به صورت جستجوی رایانه‌ای با 2/13 درصد بیش‌تر از بخش پرونده‌های موضوعی خبر به صورت بریده جراید و با 6/2 درصد مراجعه می‌باشد. همچنین، بیش‌ترین استفاده از بخش عکس با 1/17 درصد از آنِ خبرنگاران می‌باشد. بیش‌ترین مراجعه به آرشیو برای استفاده از دوره‌های روزنامه‌های مختلف و نیز استفاده از فضای فیزیکی آرشیو، با 1/17 درصد برای هر یک از دو متغیر می‌باشد. 5/64 درصد خبرنگاران نیز، معتقدند که کارکنان آرشیو، در ارائۀ خدمات مسلط هستند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که میزان تحصیلات و سابقۀ فعالیت خبرنگاران، در استفادۀ آنان از آرشیو تاثیر دارد؛ اما جنسیت خبرنگاران در استفادۀ بیش‌تر از آرشیو تاثیر محسوسی ندارد و فرضیۀ پژوهش، مبنی بر این که بین میزان استفادۀ خبرنگاران از آرشیو تحریریه با میزان تسلط آرشیوداران در ارائۀ خدمات، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، تایید می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

This research aims to determine the extent to which the journalists of Kayhan Institute use its archive and to study the strengths and weaknesses of this archive in providing services to the journalists. In this survey-descriptive research, questionnaires were distributed among 76 journalists working in different sections of Kayhan Institute, which is located in Tehran. The statistical analysis software programs used in this research were SPSS and Microsoft Excel The research findings show that 13.2 percent of the journalists use the archive’s computer- based search more than eight times a month while only 2.6 percent of them use the newspaper clippings at the same frequency. It is also reveals that only 17.1 percent of the journalists use the picture archive more than eight times a month. According to the study, 64.5 percent of the journalists believe that the archivists of this institute are well qualified. The findings also show that the education and experience of the journalists affects their use of the archive while their sex doesn’t. Eventually, the research hypothesis that there is a meaningful relation between the journalists’ use of the archive and the qualification of the archivists is confirmed
