کنترل مستند اسامی مشاهیر( امرای لشکری و کشوری) اسناد دوره قاجار موجود در آرشیو ملی ایران

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی وضعیت کنترل مستند مشاهیر اسناد آرشیوی و بازنگری شیوه­نامة کنترل مستند اسامی رجال و مشاهیر اسناد آرشیو ملی ایران برای امرای کشوری و لشکری در دورة قاجار است.
روش و رویکرد پژوهش: روش مورد استفاده، ترکیبیِ(کمی-کیفی) دلفی کلاسیک تعدیل شده و مطالعات کتابخانه­ای بوده و برای گردآوری داده­ها از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعة پژوهش حاضر شامل دو گروه است. جامعة نخست، نام‌های امرای کشوری و لشکری است که در کتاب  شرح حال رجال ایران قرن 12و 13 و 14 هجری، نوشتة مهدی بامداد آمده است. جامعة دوم، آرشیویست­هایی هستند که با مستندسازی در حوزة آرشیو آشنایی دارند یا دارای حداقل 5 سال تجربه در این زمینه می‌باشند.
یافته‌های پژوهش: در پرسشنامة مرحلة نخست،71 درصد(10 نفر) از 14 نفر اعضای پنل، بیشتر از نصف انتخاب‌هایشان ( میانه) از 60 نام، نامی غیراز نام مستند شدة کتابخانه ملی بوده است. همچنین، 20 نام  از 60 نام پرتکرار (33درصد)  کاملاً جدید بوده­اند و در 50 درصد(30 سؤال) از 60 سؤال نامی غیراز نام مستند شدة کتابخانة ملی انتخاب یا پیشنهاد شده است. در پرسشنامة مرحلة دوم، از 62درصد( 15 مقوله) از 24 مقولة به­دست آمده از تحلیل پاسخ­های تشریحی اعضای پنل، به‌دلایل و قوانینی غیراز دلایل و قوانین موجود در شیوه‌نامة مستند اسامی رجال و مشاهیر آرشیو ملی ایران در دورة قاجار اشاره کرده­اند. در پرسشنامة مرحلة سوم، 60درصد(17 قانون) از 28 قانون تأیید شده، موارد جدیدی بوده­اند که توسط اعضای پنل پیشنهاد شده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته­های به­دست آمده و بااستفاده از نظرات اعضای پنل دلفی، عناصر موجود در شیوه­نامة کنترل مستند اسامی رجال و مشاهیر آرشیو ملی ایران و همچنین عناصری که باید در شیوه­نامة کنترل مستند اسامی مشاهیر(امرای لشکری و کشوری) اسناد آرشیو ملی ایران در دورة قاجار بیاید، مشخص شد.
همچنین، براساس عناصر پیشنهاد شده، شیوه‌نامة کنترل مستند اسامی مشاهیر(امرای لشکری و کشوری) دورة قاجار تدوین گشت. پژوهشگر پیشنهاد می­نماید آرشیو ملی ایران از طریق گام­هایی که ارائه نموده در جهت تدوین و پیشرفت شیوه‌نامة مستند اسامی مشاهیر اسناد آرشیو ملی ایران اقدام نماید.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This paper examines state of authority control of eminent Ghajarid (19th century) military and civil officials at the National Archives of Iran (NAI), based on the preferences of a panel of experts.
Method/Research design: Mixed methodology is applied. Modified classic Delphi technique is used. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires. At the first step, a sample of 60 names of civil and military officials was listed from a comprehensive collective biography of 19th century eminent Iranians. At the second step, preferences of experts at the NAI about the authorized form of the names were sought and summarized.
Findings:  The first round revealed that preferences of 10 out of 14 members of the panel were different from the form adopted by the National Library of Iran's Persian Authority File (PAF). Out of 60 most frequently referred names in the sample, 20 were new (not listed in the PAF). Analysis of the second round questionnaire data showed that experts’ preferences in 15 cases were because of rules and reasons different from those stated in the NAI Manual for deciding authorized for the Ghajarid names. In the third round, also, 17 new cases were suggested by the panel members.
Conclusion: Findings showed that new elements should be considered when NAI Manual is to be revised.
