چکیده

در این مقاله، سعی برآن است تا با شناخت کلی از اتوماسیون اداری و آرشیو ملی رقمی، به تاثیر متقابل این دو بر همدیگر پرداخته شود. ضرورت و مزایای اتوماسیون اداری، چالش‌های ناشی از اتوماسیون اداری در آرشیوهای رقمی، نقطه اشتراک آرشیو و اتوماسیون، و انواع اسناد الکترونیک از موضوعات مورد بحث هستند. نتیجه گرفته می‌شود بخشی از منابع آرشیو ملی ایران، اسناد دولتی هستند و از این رو لازم است کارشناسان این سازمان به ارزش اسناد و اهتمام به اتوماسیون اداری آگاه باشند. همچنین گفته می‌شود اتوماسیون اداری، حاوی برخی اسناد الکترونیکی است که نگهداری آن‌ها به دلیل ارزش و اعتبارشان توجه و تدابیر خاصی را می‌طلبد.

The present essay is going to introduce administrative automation and digitalized national archives generally and to discuss the interplay between them. In addition to the necessity and forte of administrative automation, the challenges caused by it in digital archives, the mutual point of automation and archives, and the kinds of electronic records are explained. It’s concluded that governmental records are part of Iran’s National Archives, then it’s necessary the experts of this organization aware of the value of records and the importance of administrative automation. It’s also said that administrative automation included some electronic records whose preservation requires some consideration and special management because of their value and validity.
