چکیده

این پژوهش، به بررسی وضعیت موجود شناسایی و فراهم آوری اسناد در آرشیو ملی ایران‌ و ارتباط سازمان‌ها و وزارتخانه‌ها، در انتقال اسناد به آرشیو ملی می‌پردازد. روش‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، روش مطالعۀ کتابخانه‌ای و روش پیمایش توصیفی است. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه می‌باشد که محققان، با توجه به شاخص بومی سازی قوانین‌ آرشیوی در دنیا، براساس قوانین و مقررات و آیین‌نامه‌های انتقال اسناد ملی ایران، طراحی‌ کرده‌اند. قوانین و آیین‌نامه‌های مذکور، موضوعات ارزشیابی، امحا، انتقال و مدیریت اسناد را دربرمی‌گیرد. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش، شامل دو گروه کارشناسان رابط آرشیو ملی‌ و نیز مدیران اسناد وزارتخانه‌ها و سازمان‌های دولتی مادر می‌باشد. پس از تجزیه- تحلیل‌ پژوهش، نتایج بررسی ارائه شد و در نهایت، پیشنهادهایی در زمینۀ بهبود وضعیت شناسائی و فراهم آوری اسناد در آشیو ملی، ارائه گردید.

چکیده [English]

This paper considers the current state of recognition and acquisition of records by the National Archives of Iran, and communication with organizations and firms for the transferring of records to the National Archives. The research employed library and analytical survey methods, the tool being a questionnaire designed according to the indicator that makes the archival rules native in the world as well as rules and regulations for transferring records to the National Archives that include the topics of appraisal, destruction, transferring and management of records. The survey population in this study involved two groups of intermediary experts of national archive, and records managers of firms and parent governmental organizations. After analysis of the research, conclusions were examined. Finally, some suggestions are presented to improve the situation of recognition and acquisition of records by the National Archives.
