The document considered here is a land contract in the year 1180 H.Q. related to the Karim Khan Zand reign which created in the city Zanjan. In the discussed document, the buyer is Zolfaghar Khan-e Afshar, one of local governors and the sellers are a group of landlords in the area. This document identified amongst a mass of paper during restoration of the building Zolfaghari in Zanjan. The names of lands and gardens as well as the names of witnesses who signed the contract are seen in the context and margins of the document. The document is typically important.
