Abstract

Identification of records signatures is very important to appraisal, authentication of records and classification. In this article which is the last of ten articles on Dignitaries' signature samples (1941 -1953), Ali Dashti’s signatures are discussed. The author gives detailed information about Dashti’s social, political and cultural activities during Pahlavi Era as: Boushehr, Damavand and Tehran deputy in the parliament’s different terms, Iranian ambassador to Egypt and Lebanon, Advisor Minister in Hussein Ala’s cabinet, appointed and elected senator in seven terms of the Senate, and publisher, writer and editor of many journals, articles and books.
