In past centuries, Iran and Ottoman and then Republic of Turkey have many up and down in their relations. One of these issues was the capitulation which accured in period of two countries' relationships. This article considers how and when capitulation set up and what was its final process. The author tries to definedifferent aspects of this on the basis of remained records from recods of Iran Foreign Ministry and concluded contracts.
