Before creating modem media to transfer messages, writing letters was of prime importance. Hence, leafing through friendly letters, especially those that linked to the state authorities could present large amount of information, which were very valuable historically. These letters cover two periods of 1310-1311 Solar Years, when Shaukat was headmaster of Birjand City- Shaukatiya Schools and 1312-1314 S.Y, when A’lam was elected as Member of Parliament in the National Assembly House.
