Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the importance of better protection and maintenance of single sheet paper works by investigating the standard way to frame these works in museums and libraries. Methodology / Approach: The present research is an analytical and comparative study. In this research, the researcher has benefited from laboratory study methods like instrumental analysis and field and library studies. Conclusions: Results show that the methods of constructing the frames and the materials used in them directly affect the optimal protection of works and environmental management in museums and archives.
