چکیده

هدف: بررسی نقش سرمایه‌گذاری سازمان‌های آرشیوی در سرمایۀ اجتماعی بر عملکرد آرشیویست‌ها و تعهد به کیفیت خدمات آرشیوی.

روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که ازطریق پیمایش انجام شده‌است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش آرشیویست‌های شاغل در آرشیوهای شهر تهران است. حجم نمونه 134 نفر از آرشیویست‌های آرشیوهای شهر تهران است. داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک‌های آماری مناسب و نرم‌افزار SPSS و PLS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده‌است. داده‌ها ازطریق پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد الینگر (2013) جمع‌آوری شده‌است.

یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش حاکی از تأیید تأثیر معنادار سرمایه‌گذاری سازمانی در سرمایۀ اجتماعی بر تعهد به سازمان آرشیو، تأثیر معنادار تعهد به کیفیت خدمات بر عملکرد شغلی آرشیویست‌ها، و تأثیر معنادار رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بر عملکرد شغلی آرشیویست‌ها است. سرمایه‌گذاری در سرمایۀ اجتماعی در سازمان آرشیوی براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، بهبود و ارتقاء عملکرد و بهره‌وری سازمان را به‌دنبال خواهد داشت. تقویت رفتار شهروندی سازمانی باعث افزایش کفیت عملکرد شغلی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: To investigate the role of archival organizations' investment in social capital, on the archivists’ performance and commitment to the quality of archival services.
Method and Research Design: The research method was descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of 134 archivists working in the archives of Tehran. The data was collected using Ellinger's (2013) Standard Questionnaire and analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques, SPSS and PLS software.
Findings and conclusions: The results confirmed that there is a significant effect of organizational investment in social capital in commitment to the archive organization and archival service quality of the archivists. Moreover, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on the job performance of the archivists. Therefore, investing in social capital in the archival organization improves and enhances the performance and productivity of the organization and improving organizational citizenship behavior increases the quality of job performance.
