This command is one of the records that remained from Afghan's governing in Iran. This record belongs to Ashraf Afghan, has date and seal, which showed his reign in Iran. It contained very important points as follows:
1) Economic, social and cultural issues of that period
2) The way of Afghan's governing in Iran and their behavior with people, shopkeepers union, tradesmen and religious minorities
3) Their approved rules concerning Afghans' marriage with Iranians and the quality of taking governmental salary from tradesmen
4) The obligation of obtaining permission for settelment
5) The obligation of farmers' behavior and their obeying sultans
Religious governors' attending in Moslems' claims and disputes with Indians, Jewish, and the Christians.
