It is true that record is the most important tools in historical studies, because most of times an event's witnesses have to give a record for proving their statement. It is abvious that all records haven't equal values. Many factors effect on record appraisal like the personality of its producer. So, records which issued by Iranian kings are valuable. This article introduces one of these important records that issued by Mozaffareddin Shah Qajar. It is valued from the history of Judgment point of view. One of the Esfahan citizens asserted that a merchant take possession of his estates by governmental authorities' assistance. His judicial prosecution was not answered in Naserddin Shah era. He had to follow his claim in Mozaffareddin Shah era again. This decree have preserved in one of Inactive Archives of Justice. The author tries to indicate the importance of Inactive Archives and its records in historical studies by introducing it

He always attemps to take the opportunity to carry his reformist ideasHe took this opportunity, when he became the chancellor (1871-1873 A.D) and then the minister of two important ministries, the Ministries of War and Foreign Affairs (1873-1880 A.D). In these periods, He took place the considerable developments in Iran that caused many changes in managing the affairs. Flood Control in Golestan Jungle

There have been loss of life and property in east of Khorasan and Golestan Jungle after occurring floods in 2001, 2002, and 2005. After that, the authorities of North Khorasan and Golestan provinces carried out many projects for preserving pastures and aquifers in this area.The author tries to find subjects about the rivers which ended to Golestan province in the existing records for helping to restore and revival of Golestan Jungle. He saw a report on Jajarm, Samalqan and Qazi Orifice's flood that was used for providing water for private estates. In this report, prepared in 1940, there are some matters about geology, water reservoir, agricultural situation, roads, the executive expenses of project, and finally economic revenues of this project. The author hopes this article has applied uses.

He begins his activities in 1975 and holds Oral History training workshop annually. He states his experiences on execution of Truman and Kennedy Oral History Projects in this article. His main emphasis is on the way of contact with interviewees and interview's methods. He considers many subjects like, the way of questioning, how ask sensitive questions, etc ...Morrisi believes that an interviewer must have special contact with each interviewee and can not introduce any exact pain of interview for all persons.
